Tony Gwynn collected more than 3000 hits in his great HOF career with the Padres. This will be a welcome addition to anyone's stash of collectibles. However, there's more to like about this collectible: Defects in the packaging are minimal and it's likely to be as good as you're going to find anywhere, which places it a few steps above most of the other Headliner figurines out there -- especially a collectible that's a quarter-century old...plus.
