Shipping policy

We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and to our mutual satisfaction. We will always attempt to ship your order as soon as humanly possible. It should be noted that around holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control, (i.e. weather events, earthquakes, etc.) there may be unavoidable delays. We will always do our best to advise you of any circumstances that might delay timely shipment of your item. Additionally, if you request a certain method of shipping, we reserve the right to alter your requested method and substitute a different method. A good example of this would be an attempt to ship item first class that, when combined, might exceed the first class weight limit. If we select a different shipping method from that which you chose, and results in a reduced shipping charge, we will refund the overage to you.
