Here's a Rickey Henderson bobblehead from 2002. It's both interesting and more valuable than other bobbleheads from that time, for several reasons:
First of all, the giveaway was held in a minor league (Modesto) city which automatically reduces the number of bobbleheads produced due to the smaller stadium and potential crowd size. This will automatically increase the relative scarcity and make it more valuable/desirable.
Secondly, it is of a Hall of Fame member in the person of Rickey Henderson, who is well-known in MLB collector circles.
Thirdly, the 949 stolen bases represent the record-breaking number of career stolen bases amassed by Rickey, who surpassed Lou Brock. Rickey was far from done, however, as he finished with 1406!
Also note that there is no original box with this bobblehead; thus, it will be packaged and shipped as shown in the last photo. Also, this is heavier than your 'normal' bobblehead (and presumably will be more durable).
