Dave Brown was one of many NFL quarterbacks drafted high in the first round only to have an undistinguished career in the pros. In fact, making the "Starting Lineup" was a bit of a misnomer as his career starts were not many, relatively speaking.
Anyway, the contents of the NOS (New Old Stock) package are new, but there are a few minor issues with the packaging: There was a price tag on the front of the package which has since been partially removed. On the back, there was another sticker that was also removed. There is general shelf wear on the packaging which can be seen in further detail in the photos. China.
