This officially licensed Cowboys Adult Large sweatshirt is sized at 21" chest (armpit-to-armpit) and 23" vertical, with a sleeve length of 21", and it's been around the block a few times, but it is still in nice shape. This is a 50%cotton/50% polyester blend, and was made in the USA by Garan, Inc. Again, this has many miles on it, and is still structurally fine and can still be worn around town.
