Dale Carter was a talented defensive back, drafted by the KC Chiefs in 1992 out of the University of Tennessee, and was the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year. However, he had a knack for getting into trouble on and off the field. Still, in 1999 he signed a contract with Denver which made him the highest-paid defensive back (at the time).
Anyway, the contents are new, but, as is often the case, the packaging has a few issues. For one thing, the plastic hanging hook was attached incorrectly. Secondly, the plastic was exposed to more sunlight than it should have been and has discolored somewhat (has started to yellow). Finally, the general condition exhibits some storage or shelf wear. Nothing terribly serious, but check out the photos and see for yourself. China.
