This vintage NOS (New Old Stock) officially licensed2009 Cleveland Marathon finishers medal with lanyard was -- and still is -- popular for obvious reasons. This was made in China and is as new as can be, as it was never removed from the race goodie bag until recently, when it was taken out of storage. It is known for the beautiful soft enamel colors, and the guitar inside the 3" diameter body actually rotates/spins. Also, unlike many finisher medals for other races, these medals feature unique front and back designs, making both sides special.
