These all appear to have been caused by rubbing against the plastic shell (probably while in transit). One other comment: The master cases are quite strong and should have provided plenty of protection; unfortunately, the red packaging, as well as the plastic shell, are about as flimsy as can be, and we guess much of the damage probably occurred while packing the master cases, as the bobbles were a \"press fit\" in the cases.  In the Twins bobblehead world, these types of imperfections are not uncommon and are not considered a detriment to the value of the product.
